1. Free tier, trial and permanent unlock

The free browse tier lets you browse, search and organise catalogue metadata without buying the base app. It remains available if you never start the trial and after a trial ends.

The optional 30-day base-app trial is a free, €0 Mac App Store in-app purchase. It starts only when you choose it in FastLoupe and confirm it through the App Store. It is not a subscription, does not renew and cannot create an automatic charge. During the trial, the base app's file-changing features are available.

The permanent base-app unlock is a separate, one-time lifetime purchase. The App Store shows its exact localized price before you confirm it, including a euro price in euro storefronts. There is no recurring subscription. The unlock does not include separately paid add-ons.

2. Separately paid Azure sync add-on

Azure Blob Storage Sync is an optional, separately paid Mac App Store in-app purchase. It is not included in the free browse tier, the 30-day base-app trial or the permanent base-app unlock. Its exact localized one-time price is shown before purchase.

The add-on connects only to an Azure storage account you provide and control. Microsoft bills your Azure storage and transfer costs directly; Oddbrd neither hosts nor resells that storage. Restoring purchases restores verified Store purchases, not Azure service charges.

3. Your files are yours

FastLoupe works on photos and files you already own or have the right to use. You are responsible for that content. Certain actions — importing, reorganising, deleting to the Recycle Bin/Trash, writing sidecars and exporting — change files on your device; you choose and confirm these, and you are responsible for keeping your own backups. Always keep a backup of important photos.

4. What you may not do

• Resell, redistribute, rent or sublicense the app, or attempt to defeat purchase/entitlement checks for redistribution. (Entitlement checks are a sales gate, not a security system — but circumventing them to redistribute is not permitted.)
• Use the app to infringe others' rights or to break the law.

5. No warranty

FastLoupe is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We work hard to make it reliable, but we do not warrant that it will be error-free or that it will never fail to import, move, delete or export a file as intended. This does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have that cannot be excluded.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Oddbrd Oy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or photos. Because file operations act on your originals, keeping independent backups is your responsibility. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here with its effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in the District Court of Western Uusimaa (Länsi-Uudenmaan käräjäoikeus), Finland — the court of Oddbrd Oy's domicile in Espoo.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the mandatory rights you have under the consumer-protection law of your country of residence. As a consumer you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your own domicile, and consumers resident in Finland may refer a dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariitalautakunta, kuluttajariita.fi) after first contacting Consumer Advisory Services (kuluttajaneuvonta).
